**Approach:** My approach is intuitive, consent-led, trauma-informed and body positive. A blend of slow, grounding bodywork with deeper massage and pressure points to ease localised tension as well as the whole mind, body and spirit. I approach the massage process as a gentle collaboration, welcoming feedback whilst tuning into each person's unique needs in the present moment. I acknowledge bodywork can be vulnerable and bring care to creating as safe a space as possible. We will work together to enable you to release tension, calm your nervous system and bring you deeper into connection with your body. I am queer, trans and neurodivergent aware and inclusive.

**Fee Structure:** I offer a sliding-scale depending on your circumstances between £50 and £95 for a 75 minute massage as well as a limited number of lower cost emergency stress massages. Message me directly for lower cost. Self-select what feels affordable to you at this time, no justification required.

**🌿£100** - You have stable high paid employment, lots of disposable income, can afford saving money and/or you have other financial/relational sources available to you (e.g. owning property, inheritance, good pension, regular holidays etc)

**🌿£75** - You have some disposable income or other financial/relational resources available to you (e.g. savings, inheritance/own property, no dependants, can re-divert spending)

**🌿£50** - You don’t have much disposable income, (e.g. dependents, little access to financial resources/state support, unstable income, no inheritance)

If the lowest fee is unaffordable to you and you are in a current high stress situation, I also offer emergency support massages (e.g. stressful recent events, carer, parent, you’re in a social justice role or have chronic health conditions - please get in touch to request this - you do not have to explain anything just name the price you can afford and if I have availability I will accommodate.
